Proxy Workbench V1.2

Proxy Workbench is a proxy server unlike all others. It is unique because all of the data passing through it is displayed in real time, you can drill into particular TCP/IP connections, view their history, save the data to a file and view the socket connection diagram. The socket connection diagram is an  animated graphical history of all of the events that took place on the socket connection. For example, you can see how a web browser requests a web page to the most minute detail.
